Commitment to Legality
The Sambaia Cooperative is actively promoting legality through the recovery and enhancement of assets confiscated from the mafia. Thanks to a grant from the Trapani Consortium, the cooperative has launched an innovative project for the creation of an aeroponic system.
Effective Contributions

Recent Achievements of the Cooperative
In April 2019, the Sambaia Cooperative was awarded the free concession of the land. In 2022, it obtained the OCM wine Measure RRV grant, thus enabling further expansion of its activities.
Sustainable Production
The harvests from the vineyard and vegetable garden are managed by the Social Cooperative “Amorù”, which handles the processing and marketing of the products. This project has been approved by the “Fondazione con il Sud”.
Social Commitment
Through its initiatives, the Sambaia Cooperative not only promotes legality, but also contributes to the economic and social development of the community, creating employment opportunities and enhancing the territory.
